Brand Ambassador

Job Overview


Our clients are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Brand Ambassador to join their growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and expanding our presence within targeted territories. The ideal candidate IS NOT required to have a strong background in outside sales, management, and business development. THEY WILL PROVIDE TRAINING with a focus on building lasting relationships and delivering tailored solutions to clients. This position offers an engaging environment where strategic thinking, technical sales expertise, and excellent customer service skills are essential to success.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new leads through prospecting and market research to expand the customer base.
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts by providing exceptional service and upselling relevant products or services.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting features and benefits aligned with their needs.
  • Develop and execute territory management strategies to maximize sales opportunities within assigned regions.
  • Track interactions, manage pipelines, and analyze sales data for informed decision-making.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively while maintaining positive customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support lead generation efforts.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and technological advancements in B2B sales.
  • Provide ongoing customer service support post-sale to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships. 

Experience

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to conduct effective presentations and build rapport with diverse clients
  • Experience in technology or product sales is preferred but not mandatory; a strong understanding of the industry is advantageous
